Heyyo, huishi here.

erm, sry if this email is not as good as shaohao's, but I think it should have the information needed.

we are organizing a Christmas party/ class party on 21st December, Friday.
the time should be around late afternoon [~3pm] to night [~8pm]. it can't be too late as the people living in the east may take some time to go home.
it will be held at west coast park. we can meet at the McDonald’s over there. we would most probably be holding the party at the open field, but it’s not confirmed yet.
Bus 176 is a direct bus to west coast park. Or if you are rich like Nicole, you can just take a taxi.

for the food, we would be calling in or we may buy it before the party.
would you guys like pizza? or what? erm, any vegetarians or special diets? please inform me or kiona.
or would you want a potluck? please inform me or kiona.
if the majority would like a potluck then please confirm with us what food you would be bringing.
or we can just grab something from McDonalds since we will be so near it.
PLEASE CONFIRM WHAT YOU GUYS WANT WITH US. [Pizza, potluck, McDonalds] we will go with the majority.
[if pizza, the cost will be shared; potluck and McDonalds pay for what you bring and eat respectively. ]

we would be buying sparklers, poker cards. please bring ur skates, etc. if you want to play with them.
PLEASE DON'T MAKE THE ROCKET THING WITH THE SPARKLERS. it may fly in any direction and may hit someone who may catch fire and may die. and we won't be getting black tape so don't bother making it. any other suggestions for the games?

there would be a gift exchange thing in the form of a lucky dip or something like that. so please bring at least one present. each present will be labeled and you get the present with the same label as the label you have picked. we shall inform you of how it is played on the day itself. if you want to give your friends presents, feel free to bring more, but the game only requires 1 present from each person. if you feel like sabo-ing people, you may, for e.g. Barbie dolls and if a guy picks that label he would have to play with it. =)
